Perfex Capital is an independent loan consultancy based in Gujarat, India. We help individuals and businesses understand and access financing options for education, vehicle, home, business and personal loans.

Perfex Capital is not a bank, a non-banking financial company (NBFC), or any other lender. We do not lend money, we do not accept deposits, and we are not a deposit-taking institution.

2. Our role — please read this carefully

When you engage us:

• We help you understand your financing options and the documentation that is typically required.
• With your agreement, we may forward your enquiry and details to one or more lenders, banks or NBFCs.
• Any loan is provided under a separate agreement between you and the lender.
• Approval, interest rate, tenure, fees, collateral requirements and every other term are decided solely by the lender. We cannot and do not guarantee that an application will be approved, or that any particular rate or term will be offered.
• A lender may decline an application, and is not obliged to give reasons for doing so.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in India to use our services.

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• submit information that is false, misleading, or about another person without their authority;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
• copy, scrape, republish or reverse-engineer any part of the Website; or
• introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code or material.

4. Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in a lender rejecting your application, withdrawing an offer, or revising the terms offered.

5. Loan calculators and estimates

The calculators on this Website are provided for general illustration only. They apply standard formulas to the values you enter.

A calculator result is not an offer, a quote, a pre-approval, or a commitment from us or from any lender. Actual EMI amounts, moratorium treatment, interest rates, processing fees, insurance and other charges will differ, and are determined by the lender.

6. No financial, legal or tax advice

The content on this Website, and any general explanation we provide, is for general information only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account.

7. Fees and charges

Perfex Capital may receive a commission or fee from a lender or financial institution in connection with a successful referral or application. Where any fee or charge is payable by you to us, we will disclose it to you in writing before you incur it.

Charges levied directly by a lender — such as processing fees, documentation charges, insurance premiums or statutory fees — are set by that lender and are payable by you to them.

8. Intellectual property

The Website, including its text, layout, design, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Perfex Capital or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written permission.

The Website links to third-party services — for example WhatsApp (operated by Meta), Instagram, and your telephone or email application. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
